GPixPod

I have added important improvements and new highly experimental features in this new 0.2 version of GPixPod, just released on SourceForge.

The new most important additions are:

• GPixPod now autodetects the iPod model connected. Proper support is still only for iPod video 5G.
• Highly experimental support for other iPod models, Nano, Photo and Color has been added. Feedback is very welcome, because I have only my iPod video 5G (when things are not working, please let me have just a Photo Database generated by iTunes (no photos!) for your model, it’s enough!). The code to manage the other models is just guessed. Thus, it’s extremely recommended to do backups of your Photos and of your Photo Database before using this new version of GPixPod with other models different from the last model iPod video 5G.
• Added New menu action in the GUI to access already existing function to create Photo Database from scratch.
• Implemented HAL iPod autodetection using DBUS thanks to the great contribution by Abaakouk Mehdi.
